Last Updated: May 13, 2026Nodaar ensures that your orders are delivered quickly and safely across all 36 states of Nigeria. We work with trusted logistics partners to handle your packages with care.
Payments made on the platform cover the Product Cost Only. Delivery fees are paid directly to the dispatcher or logistics agent upon delivery of your items.
1. Delivery Timelines
- Lagos & Abuja: 1 to 3 business days.
- Other Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
Timelines may vary depending on the supplier's location and the time the order was placed.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, you will receive real-time updates in the Nodaar app. You can track your package from "Processing" to "On the Way" and finally "Delivered".
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the distance from the supplier's warehouse to your address. The dispatcher will confirm the exact fee before or at the point of delivery.
4. Inspection on Delivery
We encourage all buyers to inspect their items upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, you can refuse the delivery or contact our support team immediately to initiate a return.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your package, the dispatcher will attempt to reach you via phone. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to the supplier, and you may be charged for a redelivery attempt.
