Welcome to Nodaar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nodaar platform (the "Platform"), accessible via nodaar.com.ng and our mobile applications. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. The Nodaar Marketplace

Nodaar is a technology platform that connects Suppliers (wholesalers), Resellers, and Buyers. Nodaar does not own the inventory listed by third-party suppliers but facilitates the discovery, sale, and payment processing for these goods.

2. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Suppliers must provide valid business information to list products.

3. Reseller Obligations

Resellers act as independent entrepreneurs. When you resell a product, you are responsible for the pricing you set on your custom storefront. You agree not to misrepresent product quality or features to buyers.

4. Payments and Settlements

Payments for orders are held securely by Nodaar and settled to the respective Supplier and Reseller after the order has been successfully delivered and the return window has closed. All payouts are made to the bank account linked in your profile.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the platform to sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of violating these policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Nodaar" name, logo, and platform technology are the exclusive property of Nodaar Ltd. You may not copy or use these assets without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nodaar is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding product quality, although we provide a mediation process through our support center.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
